Winemaking: “ANCESTRAL METHOD” is a natural sparkling Wine without added sulfites or added any other product, fermented with wild yeast and with minimal intervention. This wine wants to express the minerality of the calcareous massif of Garraf. Its label with a palm leaf in Catalan its named “Margalló”.
In Appearance: pale yellow color, fine, energetic and persistent bubble. On The Nose: Fresh aromas, young and elegant, with varietal notes of white fruit (sour apple), citrus, floral and almonds On The Palate: It’s dry, the bubble integrates into the palate, soft, clean and balanced acidity. The family wants to emphasize their gastronomic versatility.
